Here is our plan that guides us in building a great company with excellent customer relationships.

• VISION: to be the best metal fabrication and stamping supplier in the Midwest region.

• MISSION: to build excellent customer relationships by having a VALUE PROPOSITION that meet our customer expectations in regards to service and supply of metal parts. Our VALUE PROPOSITION is defined by using state-of-the-art technology in cutting, forming, processing and inspecting fabricated/stamped metal parts. This gives our customers accelerated “speed to market” of quality, competitively priced parts. We also strive to have a high ETDBW (easy to do business with) customer service factor.

• VALUES: Our “rules of the game” or guidelines that determine how we achieve our mission are Biblically based. There is a verse in the Old Testament that says, “He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly, and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8.

To “act justly” means we are to do what is right and be honest, have high integrity and great commitment in our dealings with others.

To “love mercy” means to care for our customers, suppliers and our co-workers. It also means be “good people” and be “easy to do business with”.

To “walk humbly with your God” defines our demeanor in dealing with others and with our Creator. We’re not perfect. (That’s why “continuous improvement” is a constant theme with us.) Fortunately we have a God who loves us, guides us and provides a way to have a relationship with Him.
